How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Please note that delays can occur due to high demand, courier issues, or public holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking details.

What happens if my package is returned to you?

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you being unavailable to accept it, or you refusing the delivery, you are not eligible for the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict policy. We do not accept returns unless an exchange is not possible for a defective or incorrect product. Returns are not accepted for correct, non-defective items.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect products. In some cases, we may allow exchanges for a different size or color, but this depends on product availability and our discretion.

How do I request a return or exchange?

You must contact us via WhatsApp or website chat within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a request. Any requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

What proof do I need to provide?

A clear, uncut package opening/unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange claims. The video must show the shipping label and the product clearly in a single, continuous shot. We cannot process any claims without this video proof.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are only issued if a return is approved and an exchange is not possible. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Why is my partial COD amount non-refundable?

The partial COD advance is non-refundable under all circumstances. It covers shipping charges already paid and is not refunded if the order is canceled or returned to us due to refusal or unavailability.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing it.
